I was so lucky to find Irma and Crystal Insurance. We had a major insurance claim in 2022 when an upstairs toilet was leaking into the floor beneath it. Our existing insurer tried to charge us about what a car would cost for our new annual premium, while most other insurers wouldn't cover us due to the recent loss. Irma helped us find a new policy that was less than 10% the cost we had been quoted - a life saver!
