I had been w/ Howard Eales for more than 25 yrs!! Eventually my income decreased. I asked at least 4 times over 2 yrs to get car & home insurance reduced. Linda would say ok, I'll get back to you. Never happened. I got help & realized how much they took me for granted. Never checked other Insurance companies ... Why ... Because ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR COMMISSION! SO, I go w/ another company and only pay 1/2 what they charged me. Really poor customer service. And agree they are FRAUDULENT! They included my LAND + structure to insure. When I called to cancel both car + home MIKE was very rude & abrupt. I had to call 3 times to get the correct paperwork. And then like the other gentleman here I started getting BILLS from the old company. I am going to report them to my state's Insurance Commissioner. Be smarter than me = Don't do business w/ Howard Eales!!!

Fraudulent Company that takes advantage of its customers. Very Sneaky business!

I've worked with John for a few years now. If I ever have a question, I know he is just a phone call away with an answer. I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail. If you have insurance needs, John is a knowledgeable resource.

I got commercial auto insurence through them with the Hanover Insurence from Aug. 2016-2017. They sent me a quote of $3351.00 equal monthly payment of $279.25 and I agreed upon. But, when I looked at my previous year payment on credit card statement they charged me $4200.00 equal monthly payment of $350.17 instead of agreed upon. I eventually had to cancel their insurance due to unannounced increased of their premium and disputed with my bank. Though, I got insurance from different company but to somehow they are still keep sending me current monthly bills and harassing me over the phone. Long story short this company is fraudulent and take advantage of your innocence. I would never recommend to anyone.
