Lauren is great! She held my hand the entire time as I bought my first home. She was very responsive and took time to explain things to me. I was using DC Open Doors and she was the first lender who was actually knowledgeable of the program. Despite other lenders telling me that closing would take 45-60 days Lauren had everything completed for a 30 day closing with plenty of time to spare.
During this process I worked with 5 different lenders and Lauren was the most competent, helpful, and hard working out of all of them. I strongly recommend her!
