We had a great experience with Plumbline. Their knowledge and experience helped us save a ton of money and get our problem solved quickly. We were in a pinch and they showed up quickly at night. Great choice if youre looking for a veteran plumber who doesnt mince words and is honest about the trade.

Very evasive with pricing, did not inspire a lot of confidence. For someone with "flat prices" they play a lot of games to try and run up the bill. For the simple job of snaking a sink they could not even give a range of what it might cost. Only that I was certain to pay $75 just to have someone look at it and the bills would continue after that.

I have used this company twice. First time was more major than second time. I have a 3 year that put something down the toilet. Whenever there is a plumbing issue I know it will be costly, but with this company I always feel like they are fair and I am happy to pay. Very personable and answers all my questions.

They arrived on time. My kitchen double sink was clogged and Cory and Jude ran the snake 21 feet into the pipes and cleared the clog. They filled the double sink several times and drained separately and together to insure the line was clear and then they had me the run rinse/drain cycle for the dishwasher to be certain those pipes were clear as well. Jude had me watch the drains clear and showed me the water from the dishwasher running through the garbage disposal. They cleaned up nicely. They were both personable. The price was competitive. I highly recommend them.
