        Ridiculous. The FedEx driver keeps leaving my packages at my neighbors house. The address is right on the package, the address is posted on my house and mailbox but they keep dropping my packages at the wrong place. Try to get a hold of someone at FedEx- forget about it. The automated system says "only a shipper can change the address" which is not the issue. The online chat says call. Calling is the automated system. "Representative" does not get you a person. Stupid.
