A great experience at this Apopka location, my agent Kanisha was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I recently got dropped by my previous Auto Insurance company. I was very skeptical at first about getting a High premium, Kanisha help me save a ton of money with a low down payment. SN: If you are using State Farm I recommend you raise the question to them about adding roadside service to your policy. I was told anytime you use roadside for them it's considered a Claim and counts towards your policy as a claim . This was the reason I got dropped.

David Smith was extremely professional, easy to talk with, very patient, and great communication was given a lot of attention from his part. Couldn't have asked for a better agent.

I went there with some friends who were renewing their policy. I asked the man a few questions, and he became agitated and remarked about how I ask too many questions. We left and now my friends are seeking insurance elsewhere. Horrible customer service. DONT GO THERE. SHOP AROUND!!
