Liners dont fit. Have emails with the company and theres nothing they do to help or rectify the problem. There only answer is to send them back but heres the catch they want you to pay for shipping back to them. I would look for other place for liners. Would not recommend to anyone

Ordered these for our 23 Nissan Pathfinder and 21 F-150 Crew Cab, fitment is 9.5/10 very small quibble with back row of the F-150 but not sure how they would make it better. The value is tremendous considering the price is half of the other major segment leader. You do sacrifice a little of the ultra heavy duty feel of the other major brand but honestly these are excellent for the money

I ordered Smartliners for my new Hybrid CRV. The liners look good and fit well. +5 stars Unfortunately, the trunk liner came damaged due to the way it was packaged. -1 star The exchange process was terrible. First, I sent pictures of the damage and started the return process soon after the liners arrived. I was instructed to lay the liner flat to have it fix itself even though the damage was obvious the liner had permanently deformed. After the liner did not correct, I was asked to provide multiple rounds of pictures of the trunk liner for the smartliner team to review to make sure the liner was in new condition. At this point they sent me labels to ship back the liner and did not send another liner until they had inspected the first. -3 stars If the smartliner team had sent a new liner to exchange with the damaged one as soon as I sent pictures of the damage, I would not have removed 3 stars from the review. They even state "If the item was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly exchange the product or provide a full refund." They did not gladly exchange the product and only offered a 10% discount. God forbid I need to use the "limited lifetime warranty".

Purchase & price, delivery and installation = seamless. The product seems to be what I expected. Now, only time will tell on how well the product stands up to the wear and tear.

Originally, I looked at the WeatherTech floor liners and felt the price was too high. I found the Smartliner site and detrained that the liners were comparable to the WT product at a much more reasonable price. I ordered the front liners for my new 2023 Volvo S60 on a Friday and they were delivered on the following Monday. I am very pleased with the liners and they are a perfect fit. I'm very happy with the Smartliner product
