My cashier brooke from a few months ago was the absolute best. she has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! and i normally never go to this location but due to her i will be coming back here all the time. best cashier ever. made me want to buy all of the products..

Very Annoyed
Cashier on 6/6/23 with her slow service, non expressive face, like she didnt want to be there, made a huge deal about a stupid free tote, and didnt even apologize for the employee who told my husband to buy a MENS fragrance for me as a gift, because she was too lazy to go look at the fragrance section. Poor service! Need new employees who actually want to be there!

(I really thought I would have a GREAT 1st time experience...) DEAD WRONG THE MINUTE I HIT THE DOOR! These young ladies need trainng on REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Been in retail most of my life...it has trulyyyyyy changed. No smiles no welcome no questions no greeting...nothing. Please save your responses..." We strive for ....we're sorry for...." Don't need it or welcome it. Improve on your communication, create a Welcoming Atmosphere...Strive to address every customer when they walk in the door...i was all confused on how to locate anything...your employees at this location is just there to collect a check and it shows! I was truly ready for an elaborate first time experience...i wanted to spend hundreds on all the skin care I had researched but did not because of your lack of nothingness from your employees...Do better Ulta.I didn't buy half of what I wanted...skin care concealer silver eyeliner Mac powder Foundation is what I came for...lines long with one cashier...really? I asked to hold something till I came back...came back and my items were PUT BACK..come on know! It was less than 30 minutes? Did I like what I did purchase? Yup...Will I come back again? Yup? I do believe in 2nd-chances...20+ years in retail, you want a YES and you get it...Train the young ladies ULTA..THEY NEED IT. YOU LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION...DONT YOU CARE?????!!!!! Wake Up! Look at the REVIEWS WITH DIGNITY FOR YOUR COMPANY and the OVERALL EXPERIENCE...IT NEEDS WORK! But please don't look for me anytime soon.. I'll be at Sephora.
