I had a bad haircut at another ulta location. Called and spoke to the manager at this location and she fit me in within the hour to get my hair fixed at no charge . Honestly the ladies at the salon this evening and the salon manager deserve a raise. They made me feel so well taken care of , and made my hair look great. I definitely was nervous as I didnt want my hair to look worse . But they fixed it to exactly what I had originally wanted . Thank you thank you ladies

Went tonight to buy skin care products and Tracy along with another employee who I regret not asking for the name went above and beyond, explaining me with details about the different products pregnancy safe they have. Thank you so much guys because I would have been sooo lost there lol

Its not hard to notice when employees follow you around the store or watch you like a hawk. Follow and watch everyone. Not just the individual with dark skin. Some things will never change.

I often go to different ulta locations but this was my first time here. Im used to being offered shopping baskets and assistance whenever an associate sees me. This is not the case at this location. I had made the mistake of asking an associate that was chatting in a group to other associates for assistance. I asked about the product I was looking for and she didnt even feign care. She then looked at the same end cap I looked at and said if its not here we are out and just walked away. I get that things run out but I would have appreciated any sort of pretend care from them or any sort of alternative suggestion. She immediately went back to chatting and it was clear that customers were not a priority. It seems that based on reading reviews this is a pretty normal experience at this location. The cashier was nice and friendly as was another male associate that greeted us when we walked in but aside from that the rest of the employees were just chatting with each other. This is not my preferred shopping experience but on the flip side if youre looking for an ulta to shop in where you arent being helped then I definitely recommend this one.
