McNish did a great job and I highly recommend them. I am a civil engineer and am familiar with various construction methods. They went above and beyond utilizing excellent construction methods, even in areas that are not visible. I was very impressed with their work and it is heads and shoulders above similar work I have had done bey others. Service: Deck installation

Emiel and his crew did an awesome job building my poolside pavilion. I was searching for a company that can build one at a fair price that was robust so I didn't have to worry about it if a hurricane came through. Well, building a robust structure wasn't anything special for McNish. It's their everyday bread and butter. It's what they do and it didn't disappoint. It exceeded my expectations. Communication was also excellent. His crew are respectful and easy to talk to and I would highly recommend. They will be my first choice whenever I have another project.

I used McNish Outdoor Living for some dock renovations at our home on the Wekiva river. Emiel and his team were amazing! They arrived with the proper materials and equipment and completed the job the same day on time and on budget. I was especially impressed at the attention to detail and quality of work. Emiel is clearly an expert at his craft, and his crew was professional and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend McNish Outdoor Living for any deck, dock, or decorative outdoor structure.
