All employees were very nice and professional. I was very scared about going to the dentist but they were so calming and friendly. I went today for the third time. Roco Cruz is an exceptional hygienist! She made me feel so conformable. She definitely has a soft touch. She is super professional and knowledgeable. I will go again because sincerely the staff is all so friendly.

Something frustrating that happened to me. I went to this clinic on 03/06/2024. With my husband accompanying me. I broke a tooth and wanted to fix the broken tooth. (I would like to fix the tooth I broke) It was really ugly. Broken and open. Anyway. I went to this clinic and they provided all the budget for what I needed. So far so good! I would like to start treatment on this tooth (Broken). The staff sent me to another clinic in Apopka to have the procedure. Because according to them there were no dentists to perform the procedure. I paid for the tooth (Broken) and the girl at the Altamonte reception told me that I would not need to pay absolutely anything at the Apopka clinic. The treatment would be done in Apopka, Because only there would be Dentists to carry out my treatment. (One (1) Dental canal and dental crown). When I arrived in Apopka I was attended to. And the moment I sat down on the chair to start the treatment, a girl came to me and said that I would have to pay an amount of 418.00 more or less. I asked the curly-haired girl if she was for the first tooth. Because the girl from Altamonte told me that I didn't need to pay anything in Apopka. The girl told me yes, the amount paid was for the first treatment). I said: okay, I'll pay. I paid. When I was in the same room (lying down) another different girl informed me that I had paid the amount for another dental treatment. So I said wow, what do you mean??!Another girl came and told me that if I didn't want the 2 treatments that I ended up paying for, she couldn't give me my money back. Altamonte staff would reimburse me the amount, Because that was my main clinic. I said they could continue with the 2nd treatment. Because I had already paid so I decided to do it. (In my head I paid for everything). (I decided to do the 2nd treatment, because I didn't want to work to get my money back). What I didn't expect is that I would have to pay for yet another dental crown and other medical expenses. (What they made me pay (418.00) was for a 2 root canal. And not for every treatment, I paid for a procedure that I didn't know what it would be). (No, they didn't tell me anything in advance). (I didn't know I paid for another root canal). They were doing the procedure on me without telling me exactly what the next step would be. At the Apopka clinic there were so many employees that a different one arrived every time to assist me. At the end of it all I had two open teeth (dental canal). I expected to have 1 procedure and ended up leaving the clinic with two teeth open through a root canal. (I didn't know they had done two root canals.) I was having a lot of toothache and headache. I arrived at the Altamonte clinic to complete the dental root canal that was done in Apopka. They told me that I had to have 2 dental crowns done to complete the complete procedure. My insurance no longer wanted to cover the two dental crowns. (The added value was very expensive, more or less 3,000 and a little more). (I went to the clinic for just 1 treatment and everything was fine, in my head). Right now at this very moment I am in pain. I'm taking antibiotics. And guess what: (My tooth is open!) Right now I only have a temporary filling. (Hoping to solve a problem that the two clinics created). (They created a problem for me and so far they haven't resolved it). I only wanted 1 treatment and left with two UNFINISHED treatments). I hope for a return. (I feel like a huge idiot about the problem they created for me). I know all of this wasn't my fault! No response from the clinic was given to me. I hope to have a response regarding all this and I hope I don't have to look for my rights.
