They were very professional. They were upfront with what they could do, what you wanted and what the outcome was going to be. I think I found my DENTIST office. I would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!!

I went in right before Xmas they done an adjustment that created an infection.we came back this a.m to get help and was greeted by a rude argumentive woman who had to be right repeatedly saying I couldn't cut in front of others HELLO I was there a week ago and what ever your Dr done made my mouth worse so I guess expecting not to cut but respect and continued Care would of been great.We paid Aspen 13,000$.to be disrespected and walk away now twice empty handed.If I was just there you have the records it would of taken 5min to see my face is swollen and help me .I hope you stand by money back guarantee because I definitely will not go back to Aspen dental of Apopka..your wannabe receptionist.need to take a crash course in customer service.she showed a whole room full of patients how rude you guys are to paying customers.we won't be back Id also like to add I checked my email being the lady had to be right claiming she made me an appointment a few days ago.IT WAS A LIE NO APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION.i truly hope this place re.evalustes their employees because the woman who was at the front desk today.isbt fit to be at a register at McDonald's let alone a front desk representting a company

Very professional and friendly staff. Took me on time and explained every procedure as it was being done. Financial Department broke down cost of everything to the penny.
