If i could leave a 0 I would. This place guaranteed same day delivery the day I ordered the flower for my wife on December 10 2023. I paid $108 for flower and chocolate. She never received anything. I wake up to emails today December 13 2023 saying flower were delivered. Your guys are a complete scam. I want a full refund to my order. I emailed and called leaving voicemails and it goes straight to a voicemail. My emails get sent back as its not a valid email. I will be reporting your license number to BBB. DO not! order from them read all the reviews 1st. This is not the 1st time it happens. Multiple people have had the same issue. I will also reporting you to the cops!

Great experience ordering a Valentines day arrangement. The whole process was very easy. The flowers were fresh and arrived on time. Definitely recommend.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE-FRAUDULENT BUSINESS-Ordered from this florist via FTD online. Flowers were never delivered. I called, the person who answered told me to deal w FTD & hung up on me. FTD confirmed the order went through to the florist & told me to deal with her. Now she doesnt answer, call goes to a generic vcml & the mailbox is full. The other number on their website has been disconnected. FTD says 3-5 days to investigate. This florist is a scam artist!

They are not at this location. Drove all the way there for anniversary flowers and its an executive conference center or something
