Accurate Pavers & Landscape

I contacted Mr Rodney 2 days ago. I wanted to extend my driveway , deck and a walkway with pavers. Rodney came to my house took measurements and drew a sketch of the proposed job. His price for the job was fair. The next day his crew come to my house and started the job. They did an exceptional job, the pavers was installed correctly and since there was a lot of curves it was a difficulty job. They only took 2 days to complete the job and they did a thorough clean up. I highly recommend this company for all your paving needs.

Accurate Pavers & Landscape was a referral from a contractor so unfortunately we never bothered to read online reviews, which was a big mistake. Plus we have since found out the contractor that recommended them no longer does. The communication with the company is great when they are trying to get your business or collect their money. But if they mess up, which they did on our job, good luck getting Rodney (the owner) to stand behind his company's work. They did a repair, sand and seal job for us in January. The repair work went well but the sand and seal crew did not allow the pavers to dry adequately before sanding and sealing. They also put down way too much sand (in the wrong places...on top of the pavers, not in the "grout lines"). We notified Rodney immediately but instead of coming by to view the job and figure out the proper solution he had the crew apply ANOTHER LAYER OF SEALER! Which made things 10 times worse. He did send them back a couple of times - with Zylene - to try to remove the two layers of sealer in an effort to remove the sand. Not only did this not work but we were exposed to all these toxic chemicals over and over again. We have reached out to Rodney several times in the last two months asking him to please come back and try to figure out what can be done. My husband has tried scraping some of the worst areas but he is 73 years old and can't be scraping 1220 sf of pavers! There are also areas where the sealer was not applied evenly and this needs to be take care of. I would not be writing this review if Rodney had the decency to come back and at least attempt to make things right.

My top recommendation for anyone in need of paver installation... These guys are all about attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled paver installation service, you know who to call! Highly recommended!!!

He has a great presentation and states that he will match any other company. STAY AWAY, FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY! He will take your money and never respond. He will not communicate with you. He is extremely unprofessional. He will whine about how many expenses his business has and that its so hard for him to keep up; sob story to reel you in. He lies. He will say anything as an excuse as to why he is not responding. Took a deposit; said he would do all this work and NOTHING! He is also very rude. Choose any other company! If I could give him a ZERO I would. Rodney with accurate pavers will not do anything he says, will take your money and lies about everything!

If I could give this company 0 stars or worse than that I definitely would. I have never encountered such an unprofessional owner with poor quality workers and materials. I hired this company to re-sod my yard. The first set of sod they laid was all dead. They had to come back and patch the dead sod and he said we had to pay half the cost of the pallet. The workers totally covered our water meter main shut off valve with sod. Who does that? The sod is absolutely horrible. It is patchy, dead in spots and full of weeds. The grass refuses to grow. They also installed a crooked mulch bed that I complained about, but it was never fixed. Now I know why his company was fairly affordable. The only good thing was they arrived on time. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
