Yany was amazing with helping me get everything accomplished. Super diligent & wouldnt give up until we got everything accomplished. Great communication the entire time & didnt make me feel like I was bothering her with any of my needs.

Went to try to cash 2 money orders. Let's get to the point .... 1. Never greeted 2. Lady ignored all other customers to get on the phone with her friend 3. I'm fully Bilingual and I overheard her mock us three customers waiting in line, like it was so funny to have us waiting. 4. The guy she was doing something for to help was getting ignored too. She'd speak quickly, walk away without him getting a chance to respond, then would leave him with questions he would have to wait till she stopped chatting on thr phone to have answered. Making all of our waits longer than necessary. 5. As I see the line not moving and I hear her conversation is personal full of giggles I figure let me ask her a clarifying question because their display is a little confusing with fees listed. So I ask, "Excuse me!" She looks up with a nasty face like how dare I politely interrupt her personal conversation. I ask if all money orders have a 10% fee to cash them. She rudely says while looking at the display, "Uh, yeah...that's what it says on there." So, that's when I informed her I understood English very well so when the only mention of money order cashing on the display says "other money orders" I wanted clarification if that meant all money orders. And then told her to try to have a nice day on purpose and left. IDC if money orders are free there I will never go to this location for business with that disgusting attitude so early in the morning. Not to mention the entitlement and audacity. Went to Wal-Mart instead! Only $1 per money order to cash!

I highly recommend this particular payday advance shop to do business with as each, and every time I visit to do so, I am always very pleased, satisfied with their services, the place is always neat/clean, and the one person who is always there, greets with a beautiful smile, is always dressed very well/well groomed, she is always very business-like yet friendly, she is obviously very bright/sharp/skilled in her work, and work ethic, and she is one of the most reasons why I frequent this shop to do my business as I know that I will be treated well, with respect, and she is very trustworthy, and I can always count on her promptness in delivering great service....and always with that beautiful heart warming smile, and personality.and I also believe Yani sure is due for a very handsome raise Boss!lol lol lolplease?!!......thank you Yany....you make my day as you shine like the stars, and you are an individual that others want to be like you, and be around you.....thank you always!....Thank you Ace Cash Express!!!
