Eric helped my mother in law sell her home. He was wonderful! He took the time to explain details to her, kept in contact with her about the showings and helped her find an electrician to do some work. As my mother in law was nervous about driving downtown to the closing, he drove here there. She was appreciative of his kindness and thoughtfulness.

Eric was our realtor and represented us in finding and purchasing a home in Florida.Eric worked overtime in finding numerous home for our review. Multiple times he provided us with a home we wanted to purchase and would conduct video walk throughs for us. We were in Maine and this was a great way for us to see various areas in Florida and neighbor hoods that would fit our desires. This man was gracious with his time as well as very knowledgeable in how we should present our offers to the sellers. I must add during this time a house would go on the market and in 2 days there would be 7 to 10 offers. It was a very competitive market. Eric was instrumental in achieving our goal. Furthermore he and his wife are know our new friends and he directed us to contactors to make modifications we wanted on our new homes. These contractors were great prices were fair and their integrity beyond reproach.
