        Made an appointment at 9, wasnt seen until 10 & also not sure why they took 6 hours to complete a diagnostic check & charged me $100 for it. I was never told what the cost would be or that there would be a charge at all and noticed that most shops have free diagnostic tests. Then they offered me a new gas cap for $30, which I definitely needed, but I know I can get one for a lot cheaper so I declined. When I declined, they said theyd throw it in for free, which Im grateful for but confused as to why they tried to have me pay for it in the first place if they were just going to give it to me for free if I declined. This location seems to have decent reviews so I dont know if it was just an off day for them but I just dont trust them.

        My Corolla vibrated slightly whenever braking but it got worse over time. Took it to Tuffy and they determined the front brake pads and rotors needed replacement. Now it's smooth sailing (err... driving) when I brake. Battery was also replaced. Great service, explanation of what was needed, and quotes. Also, quick turnaround. Thank you, Tuffy!

        What an awesome experience. I had an oil leak on my vehicle, I thought was caused by a localmoil change place. I had a very specific budget to work in. They diagnosed the issue and was just outside my budget. The managers made every effort to accommodate me and in the end my truck was repaired and returned when they said it was. 30 March update Came in for an oil change and the service is still on point. Looks like they're getting the Mavis face-lift too.
