I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT GIVE ZERO STARS, WHICH IS WHAT THEY ARE!!!THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!! YOU CAN NOT GET ANY ANSWERS EVEN WHEN YOU PAY THEM EVERY MONTH!!!!!! WE ARE GETTING A NEW COMPANY THAT IS US BASED.....SO YOU ARE NOT LEFT ON HOLD FOR 90 MIN!!! AND STILL NO ANSWERS!!

Poor customer service! We own 2 Med Spas and we hired them to pick up our sharps containers quarterly. We posted our office hours on their website. Multiple times they came when we were not open! The last time in February we had quite a lot of sharps that needed to be picked up , waited all day -no show, I call and am told they came at 8:40am ?? We dont open until 10. I told the young lady on the phone I needed them picked up today- oh that is not possible- they have all gone home.?Suppose to come the next Friday- again , no show. Im done, I called and spoke with Rich and told him I wanted all all services with them cancelled. I still had to pay for February even though they never came. He sends an email on March 9th acknowledging we want all services canceled. I check our checking account app and they are processing another payment for March??. I went to the bank and had them get the money returned. Never once did anyone say - Oh we are sorry we did not complete the services you were paying for!!
