Del Ola

Home sweet home! We could not be happier to be residents of Del Ola. The complex is always kept neat and tidy, and the office staff are amazing! They are so kind and helpful. Always a pleasure speaking with them, especially Stephanie :).

So far our experience moving into Del Ola has been extremely welcoming and pleasant. Stephanie is incredible!! She has made the transition for my father so much easier. Thank you so much! There were some difficult moments at first since the management office is short-staffed. However, they have gone above and beyond to assist us and make up for the slight complications. Stephanie spent hours helping us navigate everything. So grateful!

This is a nice place and can appreciate that it's dog friendly. That being said, the sheer amount of fecal matter littered all over the property is a serious problem. What's worse is that more often than not, the piles of poop are steps away from a stocked dog station. Del Ola does a decent job of providing an adequate amount of dog stations, unfortunately the dog owners of the complex are lazy and disgusting. Del Ola should look into doing DNA testing for these piles to keep the place looking as nice as what they are charging for rent.

Stephanie Alvarez was beyond helpful today! She answered every single one of our questions without hesitation and in detail. I would recommend doing a tour of Del Ola and I promise you will not be disappointed with the outcome.

Beautiful accommodations and friendly staff. They were able to accommodate me at the last minute. Stephanie in the administrative office was so helpful! Looking forward to staying again soon!
