Just had a wonderful experience with Procon building my dream home. The GC kept me informed every step of the way which really soothed my nerves as I was concerned about the completion date. The office made sure we were right on schedule and even finished early. Calls and texts were always prompt and professional, I highly recommend them for any of your contracting or home building needs. I recently had a full kitchen and bath remodel done and ProCon far exceeded my expectations with their knowledge, professionalism, and kindness during what would normally be a very trying and stressful situation. Their expertise and suggestions with the latest in-home renovations and design helped tremendously when choosing the best materials and selections to make my home even more beautiful than expected while staying affordable. Terrible in a word. Too much to address here. Whole crew to include PM of the new home construction of my house finally was fired but not until after he and his workers did a half baked site preparation and construction of my new house. Lot terribly banked and not properly landscape to enable lawn care. Gullys every where especially off the house sides where no gutters were installed off the roof leaving waterfalls on both sides of house in rainy summer months causing deep gullies on steep hillsides adjacent to home and formed due to run off of roof due to no gutters and lack of proper site preparation. Nightmare. Had to change out their water softener system due to it not functioning for over a week (after calling them to come out & fix it). House stunk like rotten eggs in sinks and pipes and well water coming out discolored exposed stainless metallic sink caps in drains and shower head. I personally replaced the water softener system with a whole reverse osmosis system to ensure I got the stink out of the pipes and didnt further compromise pipes and water heater. Many other horrendous stories, most recent being back sliding doors where water leaks through bottom of slider door (after most recent repair) and builds up to wet the inside floor. This was discovered two weeks ago after another rain that falls from the roof sides with proper gutters. Not happy with the quality of this newly pro con constructed home. Cant get information about who (which contractor) did site prep as previous PM who was fired but previously supervising my new house build (I was in formed) by new PM. He left no information on my house and subcontractors as Im told he must have took it with him as the pro con folks dont have it. It really is sad. I just finally had to leave a review as I missed out on all the 5 star service reviews for remodels contained therein. Hope to get outstanding issues fixed properly before the one year warranty runs out. Its been very painful.
