My husband and I had a great experience working with The Adoption Consultancy, and we would recommend it to anyone. Nicole brought a lot of expertise to us that was able to guide us through the complicated process of adoption. Her educational webinars were very instructive, and she expertly answered all our questions. We also really appreciated the ability to work with Janna on our profile book, and Janna gave us great feedback. This was incredibly helpful to us because putting together the profile book is such a subjective thing, and it has such an impact on the birth mothers. We felt really confident with the profile book that we put together with Janna's feedback. And then Nicole suggested great agencies for us to apply to and gave us great feedback on the birth mothers that we were invited to apply to. As a result of our work with The Adoption Consultancy, we matched with a birth mother within three months of getting signed up with the adoption agencies, which was super quick!

We highly recommend Adoption Consultancy. We can honestly say there is no way we would have adopted our son as quickly as we did and had such a smooth experience without the assistance of Nicole Witt. Additionally her guidance when evaluating birth parent profiles was invaluable. We hit waiting lists in January/February and had our son in our arms by November. The adoption journey is a frustrating test of patience and a challenge to your faith no matter who you are but Nicole was the very steady voice of reason and guidance through it all that we needed. We absolutely loved working with Nicole Witt at the Adoption Consultancy. She was friendly, professional, and informative. She provided us with a huge amount of useful information about the interstate adoption process, with which we were not previously familiar, as our first adoption was a local adoption. Her colleague, Janna Worsham, worked with us on developing a great profile book; we had so much fun to collaborating with her. Nicole recommended multiple reputable and professional adoption agencies for us to apply to and we had positive interactions with all of them. She communicated with us regularly during the matching process and waiting period and was immediately available when we had time sensitive questions around our daughters' birth. She guided us through every step of the process and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking adopt, particularly if you're trying to adopt as quickly as possible. We had been waiting for over two years for a match at our local agency with no results. We were matched within four months of joining the Adoption Consultancy. We are thrilled to have our daughter and thankful to Nicole for her help!

My husband Cody and I started our adoption journey back in August! When researching and reading reviews everyone definitely spoke Nicoles praises about how knowledgeable she was. We definitely needed someone that had the knowledge because although you think you know what all there is to know about adoption you dont or at least we didnt! Nicole talked about things we had not even thought of! Not only is she knowledgeable she is a kind and caring person throughout your whole adoption journey.Nicole also gives you a list of the agencies that she feels is best for you and your location. Then there is Janna she is the not only good at what she does in the process and that is profile book she also is a kind soul! Janna will help the birth parents out there see who you really are as a family. We would like everyone to know that Nicole and Janna are wonderful people to work with , a perfect team and very supportive and knowledgeable during your adoption journey! My husband and I highly reccomend The Adoption Consultancy! Nicole and Janna were so easy to work with and it was obvious from the first meeting, that they were very knowledgable. Nicole has made a very informative audio recording of the adoption process that clients listen to before an phone call is set up. She answered all of our questions and helped guide us to pick the best agencies to work with that fit our needs and personality. Janna helped us work through our profile and offered great feedback that made our book appeal to a wide audience. The Adoption Consultancy continued to reach out and check in on us as we went throught the highs and lows of the adoption process. My husband and I felt like part of a small little family with the Adoption Consultancy and not just one of many clients. We were extremly satisfied with Nicole and her team!
