        They said they were going to help file taxes for me when my tax person passed away, and then they come to my office after the deadline and said they dropped the ball, and were not able to help me! I owed $1400 in taxes to the IRS because of late fees. I would not of owed them if they did my taxes like they promised. STAY far away from this company if you ask me!

        Great customer service, very friendly and answered all my questions, use to use there services back when it was just Jacobs, but Bray is a very good addition. Looking forward to seeing how well they work out for us.
