I placed an order on April 1, 2024. I have made over six phone calls and left messages and emails to this incompetent company regarding my order that has still not shipped and no one has taken the time to call me back. Please take this review seriously and shop elsewhere, this is the worst manage organization I have ever dealt with

The only problem with Adams is my email provider not sending their emails to my inbox and quarantining them instead. Otherwise outstanding company and products with quick shipping. Thanks yall!

I just want to thank Philip of Adam's Arms . I had some communication issues after placing my order (NO FAULT OF ADAMS ARMS). Turns out ,all of their emails were sent to my spam,and they were on top of the entire process. I Just received my P2 upper and it looks amazing. I can't wait to take it out to the range! Phenomenal price and quality. I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out. Thanks again!!

I purchased the Adams Arms small frame, AR10 in 308 right before Thanksgiving. I was able to pick it up from my FFL the week after Thanksgiving that is pretty good, knowing that it was a holiday and cyber Monday. Got it home function tested and sighted it in. Im also a NRA instructor and on Saturday 1/6/2024 I Had basic rifle course that had both experience and non-experience students, when we was on the range I showed the students the rifle and they wanted to shoot it 2000 rounds later they was happy and I was out of ammunition. Out of 2,000 rounds in 8 hour's we did not have any issues out of the rifle. In the next couple of months I will be looking at buying the 11.5 p2 upper in 5.56 for more rifle courses. The only thing that I added to the rifle was a Monstrum 2-10x30 scope, The Ammo was federal. Power shock The range is that we were shooting at 100, 200,300,400 yards The picture of the target that is included is at 300 yards by one of the non-experience students.

Have not received my upper. Have not received a callback after calling 4 times. Have not received an email after sending a email. These guys are stealing money and not delivering a product that says it was in stock when purchased. Now 3 months later crickets. My next step is filing a complaint with the attorney Generals office. Update: I have been contacted now. I was emailed by a employee it was not under adams arms support email but their employee email. I ordered an in stock item. They had quality control issues with their supplier which they caught. Oct 15th 2023 was when I made my purchase. Was told of issues mid November and that they were waiting on a new shipment early December. The new shipment also had quality control issues. I was told that as of January 2nd 2024 that they do not have a eta on the delivery of the item. They said that it was going to take 5 weeks to get the next shipment and that if there were any quality control issues it could take longer. I canceled my order. This was my first purchase from adams arms. I highly suggest picking another company. I also highly suggest that they get a new supplier since they will be losing customers over this. Especially after reading someone else's purchase and that they had a massive quality control issue with their purchase and had to have it shipped back for repair. It was fixed as of December 6th 2023 they're still waiting for it to be shipped. I also made a post on Brandon herras recent shooting youtuber since they had adams arms there as one of their guns to shoot. They need to procure a better sales procedure in keeping in contact with their customers and keeping them up to date on what is happening. The onus is on the company and not the customer to keep calling to get information. They could easily write an email and auto forward it to all customers being affected.
