Pronto Cleaners

They do a nice job for their wash, dry, and fold service, but I've had clothes go missing, and the actual price at time of pick up is usually far higher than what is written on the pick up ticket. They blame this on not having a scale, but somehow their scale works when they want double the quote given at drop off. We'll likely start using a different service, even though they're a little less convenient. Disappointing.

I was so upset I dropped off 4 work shirts to be shorten I was told it was 15.00 a shirt which I thought it was a bit much but I needed the shirts. When I went back to pick them up I was charged 75.00 for the four shirts. The lady behind the counter said the other woman wrong and this was the cost. I complained and it meant nothing. I was stuck so I had to pay this. I will never use this cleaners again and I will tell anyone who will listen to stay away Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Horrible experience. Had clothes misplaced by the cleaner. When it was Brooksville Cleaner never had any problems, but since it became Pronto Cleaner, it has been a terrible place to ake our clothes. The so call Manager; who is at the uptown cleaners has a bhd attitude. He's very very unprofessional and he is unable to have an intelligent conversation with you. Worse cleaner ever. No longer go to that dumped of a cleaner. Their laudomate is horrible as well. Service: Couches/sofas
