    If I can give it less stars i will do it but one is the lowest worst store ever T-Mobile corporate send me a new phone under warranty they told me I have to pay 5 dollars when the phone arrives I went yesterday to get my phone and return the damaged one they dont want to gave me my phone because they cant check if i turn off find my iPhone and it off I call again customer care explain the situation at store they put notes on system and send me back to the store my wife went to the store today and they tell her that she has to pay 80 something dollars to get the phone that corporate sent me and told me is 5 dollars deductible this store is a joke I have to file a complaint in corporate offices against this clowns

    Salesman (Dee) lied about tablet price telling me it was only 100 since I swapped from Verizon and att with the family. I asked if when I get my rebate, if I can pay it off and take it off the account, and with the manager (Aaron) standing next to him, he said that was fine. Until I went to pay it off. Found out I'd have to pay full retail price to take it off my account, and they won't let me return it to the store. Spoke to customer service and found out they are third-party retailers and were pretty much told they make up their own rules. I went back to the store and asked to talk to the manager. They tried to credit my bill for 130 instead of taking the tablet back, and I'm not paying for it for 24 months on a line..... they refused to call their district manager about it or the person who owns the store. I had customer service and asked them to contact them, and they just refused. They just smile at you, saying we can't do anything until you leave the store. Salesman said oh it must have been a miscommunication." It's not a miscommunication when you blatantly lie about prices and how bill credit works to get a quick sale. Now I'm stuck escalating this to corporate, and I'm at the point to cancle the service go elsewhere and sue the store. This has been a waste of time and money, and these people are liars and thieves. Tmobile themselves are great. However, these dam third party stores need to be shut down and reported for robbing the public. Worst goddam experience with phones in my life... to be continued when it gets resolved.....

    I have to say first and foremost, Rosann was great in helping us solve alot of issues. Then to add to her help was Aaron!! Who really made some amazing steps to ensure that we were well taken care of. I have been a customer with T Mobile for decades now. Other companies try to lure you in, however I will tell you straight up, T Mobile employee's truly care about your business! In a day where most do not, Aaron went above an d beyond and answered all my questions! He and Rosann should be commended by Corporate for such great commitment to service for their customers!!!!
