We hired TSG after our mall had an active shooter situation, and Officer Ortiz has spent the most time with us since then. Myself and my team have never felt safer in our store. I want to commend how thorough hes been, but outside of that a pleasure to have in our store all day with us. Not to mention, somehow Officer Ortiz has become the most popular man in this mall - not just us, but mall patrons have personally thanked him, bought him coffee, or simply came up to shake his hand. Thank you guys for taking care of us when we felt like we werent being taken care of, its meant so much!

After a shooting on our mall my team hasnt felt as safe anymore, and our company got us a security guard to help us out, and Officer Ortiz was the one assigned to us, he has been polite kind, and very attentive. A great addition to our team.

King was very protective of me, I couldnt have chosen a better person/company. He did a great job of making me feel very safe. I am very happy I chose him. If I should ever have the need for protection King would be my first choice. Thanks again Jennifer.

I actually booked these great security guards and they made sure I was good all night will was outstanding and the other two were on point I definitely will be using them again
