        Shed quality is great but the customer service is in the toilet. I purchased two sheds and they were supposed to be connected. As you can figure out, they weren't connected. I had to connect them myself. Then I ask for the last one to be anchored down and was told either Tuesday or Friday. Both days came and gone and still nothing. I have already made a payment on both sheds and the job is still not done. Dean was quick to cash them contracts but not to quick about holding up his end of the bargain. This guy is nothing more than a used car salesman. If you buy a shed from him you may want to ask about hidden fees as well. Oh and the best of this is. We received no apology at all. The only reason he gets a 1 star rating is because i can't give a zero. Go to lowes or home depot at least they'll treat you right
