If you need a scratch and dent dryer or other household appliance this is the place to get it. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed and offered fair pricing for almost new stuff. We needed a new dryer so we bought it on Saturday and they delivered it on Monday. The 2 guys they sent out had the old dryer out and the new one installed in less than 20 minutes and so far it is working just fine.

All I can say is be careful from them.They are crooked and liars and will be so nice to you.While they're selling you the appliance and then when you're trying to call or have issue, they will ignore you and tell you there is no warranty even that on the paperwork, there is a 90 day warranty.They will tell you to call the manufacturer

I dealt with Bay Area Appliance company at Largo location last year. I bought a used appliance and I wanted to return it after 2 days only. I called the business on Monday before their closing time and no one picked up the phone and I was not able to leave a message. Then, I called them 2 days later during their business hours and the phone just rang and I was not able to leave a message one more time. Their crooked phone system is setup, so that you cannot leave a phone message at all and therefore no one will call you back! Their policy is that after 4 days you cannot return an appliance without being charged 20% of the purchase price. I asked the sales guy when I called 2 times, why I was not able to leave a phone message, so that they can call me back within the 4 days-return window. He did not have any explanation and wanted only to exchange the appliance I bought, which is not what I wanted. I will not use this store again for any business, because of their unwillingness to let me return the appliance within the 4-day window. They charged me 20% of the purchase price in the end. I will not use this business again!
