I have been going to Jazz N' Hair for many, many years, that alone should say something about them. I first started going to Janette and then when Suzette was new and she was trying to build up her clientele I went to Suzette. The two words that come to mind when I think of their services... "consistently good." I  have never had a bad color, highlights or a bad cut from either Janette or from Suzette in all the years I have been going to them. Suzette recently left Jazz N' Hair, she moved out of town and left me broken hearted. I am now back with Janette, back where I started and I couldn't be happier. Janette has been doing hair for a long time... she really knows what she's doing! She listens to what the customer wants yet she makes great suggestions to insure you get the best outcome possible. She takes her time and she's a true professional in every sense of the word. If you are looking for consistently good color, cuts, perms, highlights... all at a very fair price I highly recommend Jazz N' Hair

When I visit a hair salon and pay 100 dollars for highlights and a cut I expect to be working with a professional stylist.My first and I can say my last visit was over 3hours long. The stylist did not know to accelerate my highlights, I should have sat under the dryer instead of waiting, waiting, and waiting for the desired color, which was not as light as I expected because of this. When someone is cutting my hair I do not expect them to keep asking me "is this side even with the other" the stylist came across as uncertain, I found being asked this question several times to be annoying.When it was time to pay, she could not take my credit card and time was wasted figuring out how I was going to pay her because she did not have the proper equipment to process the card. I believe in giving people a chance, but this is going way beyond what the average person would do
