I should have known when the reservoir of the machine the young man showed up was really dirty, but I trusted him to do a good job. Granted the carpet looked better when he left, but a short time later there was a horrible chemical smell that took nearly 48 hours to clear. That was followed by a musty smell that just wouldnt go away even with repeated vacuuming. I ended up having to buy an air purifier to clear the moldy mildew stench. Oh and the invoice I was told would be emailed? Im still waiting for that after several months. My advice; dont waste your money with these guys!

I Called OxyBrite to come clean my grout lines and clean the Carpet of 2 homes. These guys are top notch! Very professional and punctual! I could not believe the difference in the tile and carpet after they finished. I have used other cleaners in the past but I will never use anyone other than OxyBrite ever again. 5 Stars these guys were Great!! Service: General carpet cleaning
