I've never been in an Ulta before because I was afraid everyone would be snooty and I was right. The only saving grace was the cashier on that day, she was wonderful. When I made my return today, the cashier was different and rude. I'm never buying anything from here again, I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable in a store before. I've never been somewhere where you smile at an employee and they scowl back. Thanks.

The selection of products is really good. The prices are comparable to other stores. The store is clean. The check out is a bit of a choke point but easy.

I called and asked when you guys closed for tonight since its Memorial Day. 8pm was the answer I received. Well, its 6:45 and Im standing outside to a closed store. Had I known the correct time, I would of planned differently. I ordered stuff for a trip that Im leaving tomorrow. So much for that. Cancel my order, Ill take my business elsewhere to people who are competent and know what time they close.
