I have worked with Greg for over 10 years. His inspection reports are honest, detailed and informative. He always provided my clients with an in person summary after the inspection was done and was available for follow up questions after the buyer received and reviewed the written home inspection report with pictures.

My clients have used Greg several times as a home inspector. When it comes to licensed home inspectors, whether you are representing a buyer or a seller, you (as the Broker/Agent) hope that person has both the integrity and competence to call out whatever flaws he sees, and the sensitivity to do it in such a way as to not alarm the buyer. This would include the ability to explain to all parties what was discovered in a very simple and understandable way, and to recommend the most efficient and economical solutions whenever possible. Gregg has been conducting home inspection for my buyers for over 10 years. I have worked with many other home inspectors in the past, but no one is detailed to check the home like Gregg, gives a nice summary at the end for the buyers to understand what they are getting into and the report is very easy to read and understand. I highly recommend Gregg for your home inspections, you will not regret it as over 200 buyers of mine have not.
