I recently purchase GoReady travel insurance and had the best sales experience. A representative named Elizabeth assisted me with the purchase, and she really went the extra mile. I reached out to quite a few travel insurance companies for quotes and to answer specific questions related to the large number of people in our party and the policy for partial cancellations, and she was the only one who emailed answers back to my questions. All of the others sent an email back thanking me but didn't answer my questions and only provided a phone number where I could call in. Elizabeth answered my questions and then followed up with a phone call. She was the reason that I decided to purchase through GoReady. She was patient and kind as we wrote multiple policies for our travelers, and she treated me like I was her top priority. She was very friendly and provided me with great customer service!

I have known Roxie Zawko for many years and she is true and genuine, as well as professional and knowledgeable when it comes to knowing the insurance world! I have been dealing with Roxie Zawko for over 20 years.She joined Aegis insurance and I was so thrilled I could use her again. She is just wonderfulvery smart,honest and completely concerned about what is best for me the customer. I never ever have any doubt as to my business with hershe researches all options and has sometimes advised me to stay with another company because that makes more sense. I could not recommend her and therefore her company Aegis more highly.
