        If you get to spend time at the Sandpearl and on the beach or pool ask for Elaine, she makes the Sandpearl experience one of the best. She is attentive, friendly and the best server that I have run across in years. She will make sure you are having a good time. The Sandpearl is a great place to stay and relax

        Went thru one of their third party booking companies "booking.com" and had fraud happen. They tried to run my card multiple times and then I find out my reservation was declined after I've already received confirmation. And then I try to handle it and they won't honor the rate I initially reserved it for. Do yourself a favor and find a better place than sandpearl. Spoke with the manager michaels and she was useless in helping. Screw this place

        The worst service and experience possible the staff at the front desk and management team are extremely unprofessional please book your spa experience somewhere else they cancel 10 minutes before your appointment and then blame you.
