        Showed up @ 9:20 am, nobody was here. Another night i arrived 20 minutes before closing time and the doors were locked with employees inside.

        We placed an online order that stated it was done and ready for pickup at 8:05pm. When we got there, there was a few people being helped and we stood at the express pick up spot. 20 minutes later I told him we had an online order again and he printed out the receipt and told me he will make it now even though it was supposed to be ready at 8:05. We didnt get our food until 8:45 and when we did, he said he couldnt fit the two salads in a bag and handed me the bowls with no silverware or napkins.
