        This building should be described as a college dorm building. This is not a peaceful environment for anyone other than unemployed college students. The hallways and trash rooms are dirty, there is constant stomping and yelling/ music blasting. I have had an issue with people throwing things on my balcony since I moved in. The Thesis takes no pride in reprimanding their tenants- probably because college students and their parents are fully funding this operation. I cannot wait to get out of my lease quicker honestly. Anyone with a day job, or that genuinely just wants a peaceful place to live and sleep- STAY AWAY.

        Living at thesis is a dream! The apartment layout is so modern and beautiful and is great for college students and adults! My favorite part about thesis is the infinity pool and events hosted by the staff.

      The Residences at THesis will provide the surrounding community with 204 premium upscale apartments that boast high-end finishes, superior services and an experiential living experience. Residents will have the luxury of integrating themselves into the larger Paseo de la Riviera project as a whole and the community at large, due to the immediate proximity to transit.
