Minty Fresh Miami: Dental & Orthodontics

Im from out of state and was sad I couldnt continue with the dentist I loved back home. I was doubtful I would find another dentist I fully trusted. The very first time I saw Dr Hernandez, I knew I had found the dentist I wanted to follow with in MIA. Each visit she has taken more time than a dentist ever has to listen to my questions and educate me. I am both impressed with and thankful to have found this practice.

The dentist was great; she performed all the treatment I needed. However, the dental hygienist tried to FORCED me to sign up for unnecessary cleaning at a cost of $800. I went to another doctor afterward, who informed me that the treatment recommended by the hygienist was unnecessary. 5 stars to the professional dentist, 0 stars to the dental hygienist.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr.Hernandez's dental office, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As someone who typically feels anxious about dental visits, Dr. Hernandez had such a gentle touch, she demonstrated remarkable patience throughout my appointment. She took the time to address all of my concerns and thoroughly explain each step of the process, which immediately put me at ease. The hygienist was phenomenal, gave me such a thorough cleaning. Its nice to attend offices that really focus on patient care. The office itself has a welcoming ambiance that helped make any apprehension I had upon arrival. Overall, my experience at Minty fresh was nothing short of exceptional. A few months back a fracture was discovered on my crown. Waiting on a change of ins providers I put off the repair but while having dinner a few weeks ago it fell off. I searched for a dentist and came across Minty Fresh dental. They had great reviews so I made contact for an immediate appointment. They fit me in within 24hrs. Minty is owned by Dr. Hernandez. She and her team not only took care of my situation quickly but were extremely knowledgeable and placed a high priority in customer service. Dr. Hernandez takes the time to explain and treats everyone with a gentle hand. She is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention excellent attention to detail. Dr. Jenny Hernndez is caring knowledgeable, and so professional. I am so fortunate to have found her, she's truly the best doctor. Her staff is kind, understanding, and professional. Prices are reasonable and the care is one of a kind.
