Location was fine. I forgot toothpaste and assumed they would have some for purchase but they did not. At 11:15 pm they told me to Uber to CVS. No thanks. I cant say anything about housekeeping because my room was never cleaned. At first I thought, great! Save some money on tipping but after 4 days I had to go looking for a clean towel which I never found. And most of the staff does not speak English which was a huge barrier, I dont speak Spanish. With so many hotels in this area, you can do better. Rooms: My room was never cleaned during my 4 day stay.

Run down, dirty rooms, clean towels were moist and torn, inattentive/dismissive service (especially night shift). Elevator out of service for days. Without name tags and wearing street clothes I couldnt tell who was an employee which I found odd. Even the shower shampoo/soap dispensers were mislabeled. Basically this hotel needs a management overhaul and renovation. Only good thing is the location if youre visiting Coral Gables.
