        Room was freezing. Therapist, who was yawning and tired, knew only of one move, repetitive and ineffective rubbing and lotion spreading. 90 minute massage should be a full body experience. Mostly it was a lot of oil. One of the least gratifying massages I have ever had. Plus no pillows to support your head properly. I left with more pain in my neck than before. I suggest therapist gets more training.

        My elderly mom debit card number was stolen and used there to pay for a membership by someone named Maria Riano, and they said they couldn't do anything. How about not allowing that person there anymore and holding her responsible
