I can't praise this firm enough for the diligence and guidance they've provided to me as a small business owner over the last several years. Heyer & Associates was recommended to me by two separate (and smart) business owners and I am glad I took their advice. Professional, caring, and they provide a personal touch. Thank you, Heyer team! - (update: 2023 - I came back to give a review but I can't since I reviewed previously. I just want to say one more year of 5-star service! Thank you!)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These reviews must be paid or fake. Incredibly unprofessional office and accountant. Ralf lied to me, strung me along for over two months telling me everything was going to be settled etc etc. Then I was randomly told he didnt have the capability to complete my taxes because I was missing some form even though I told him from the start I dont have it. I paid and its been 3 weeks since I was told he couldnt do the taxes and I still havent received my refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had to follow up with them multiple times via text and email. Don't do your taxes with this company if you are looking for an organized firm.

Dear Daniel, I appreciate your feedback, but it's important to address some inaccuracies in your review to provide a clearer picture of our interaction.We received your documents on June 6th, and on June 19th, I explicitly explained that it takes the IRS approximately two weeks to provide account transcripts. Today, July 5th, marks that two-week timeframe. We were actively working on your case, and were in the process of downloading your transcripts as of your last communication with our office.Concerning your claims of payment and refunds, we have not billed you, nor have we received any payments. This leads me to question the accuracy of the other statements in your review.We hold our clients and the work we do in high regard, and we expect the same in return. Discontinuing our engagement with you was a difficult decision, driven by your unsuitable conduct towards our team members, who deserve a respectful work environment. I am hopeful this response offers a more accurate account of our professional interaction. Going forward, I wish you the best with your future engagements and urge you to approach them with a more understanding and respectful demeanor.
