This experience is what every patient is supposed to have when they visit a Dentist. First the staff .. customer service is excellent. Staff is pleasant and accommodating on the phone and in person. Then the ambiance and physical appearance of the practice remarkable. The office is clean , neat, smells fresh.. just great from lobby to treatment room. , Then we have Dr. Alvarez.. where do I begin. He is pleasant, kind, respectful , knowledgeable about his craft, patient and most importantly, he is gentle. Dr. Alvarez epitomizes what a great dentist should be. I left feeling happy and satisfied. All my family and friends have been referred . This was an excellent experience Everyone deserves this when they visit a dentist..

Ive been a patient for 8 years and I have never had a bad experience, it has always been a very pleasant and satisfactory experience every time, thank you so much for your service and for keeping my teeth healthy

Booked an appointment, spoke with someone online, confirmed the booking. Showed up 10-15 minutes early in person. Nobody was there!!!! Finally someone let's me in. The lady behind the front desk, confirms my appointment booked through the reminder that I received from their office online via email for 8 a.m.! Then she tells me a few minutes later that this is a glitch! Don't ever come to this horribly pathetic dentist office! What a joke!
