Great customer service! They were able to find a part for an older model boat lift, and were extremely communicative during the entire process. Dawn was friendly and helpful, and accommodating with my schedule. Highly recommended, although I havent used them for a dock or seawall installation.

Great experience. I just had my second dock and boatlift built by them. They were on time, professional and competitively priced. Joey, Barbara and Dawn were all very pleasant to work with. No complaints. I highly recommend.

Similar to other reviews I've seen online, getting communication from these guys is a challenge at best. The office lady was very nice and helpful, but unfortunately she isn't running the business. Waited almost 3 weeks to just get a quote, only to be told "eh, the estimator decided not to quote the job". My guess is because they didn't like being held accountable to the things they told me. Nothing special about my job, straightforward seawall replacement/install. Of course excuses were given that you would expect about "taking time to ensure the project is quoted properly, that's why we take so long, etc, etc", but it boils down to not being organized and/or experienced enough to run the business efficiently and effectively. Oh well, onward and upward, but wanted to share my personal experience.
