Justin is our gas cooktop hero! We have a 20 year old commercial grade gas cooktop that would not electronically ignite for years. We had multiple companies assess our issue and deem it impossible to fix. Justin knew exactly how to fix it, searched and found the proper parts, and fixed it for us before the holidays. He was extremely communicative, punctual, pleasant, and delivered as promised. He also explained everything he was doing in an informative manner, which I greatly appreciate. Schedule the appointment online. It was fast and easy. I was able to pick what day and time I wanted the repair. I was given a 24 hour reminder of the scheduled appointment. Justin texted me that he was on his way for the repair. He was prompt, on time, courteous, very knowledgeable and professional.
