Was here today 2/5/23 at 6pm, this is my third time visiting this location in the span of 3 months. I received very poor customer service 2 out of the 3 times. I know it might be hard to retain or recruit people that want to do this type of work. I get it, its minimum wage, but I think your customers deserves friendly employees with good people skills. Today my day was ruined by one of the two cashier that was standing behind the cash register doing absolutely nothing. As soon as I entered the store I got this bad vibe from the cashier. She gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes. I didnt even made contact with her or said anything. So my daughter and I head towards the slushy machine. She kept watching us to see how many items I was getting. I can only assumed she didnt want another paying customer patronizing the store. I guess they only want people to come and dip. Seems like theyre use to regulars only getting cigars or gas and leave. Wouldnt that defeat the purpose of running a business? The owner needs to step up and stop hiring people with troublesome behavior, unfriendly and uncaring cashiers. Do you read the reviews? Back to the story, after I realized what was happening I picked up a few snacks and head to checkout. She acted like she didnt want to complete the transaction. Never met this woman before. I dont know, just a very unpleasant experience. Very confident I wont be returning. I rather to circle K.

I went in today to get cigarettes and was denied cigarettes I'm 40 years old she also denied a 60 year old male. She is no help at all when I approached the counter she was sitting there for 5 minutes loving on her boyfriend she creates a dangerous environment by not paying attention to anyone or anything because she is more worried about her boyfriend then her job so unprofessional. It seems like she turned people away so they can have alone time. I would not recommend this 7 eleven at all

This store is suppose to be open 24/7 but it seems like every time I go there in the evening, the employees are outside talking and making everyone leave because they say the store is closed. If thats the case you guys really need to update the hours of operation.
