I hired Stewart in 2012 to resurface a kitchen in an investment property I had purchased.  I was extremely happy with the quality of his work and believe him to be a fine craftsman at his trade.  His pricing was reasonable and I felt I received good value.  However, I did have some issues with him going MIA in the middle of the job due to medical issues and then not responding to multiple calls and messages.  I eventually had to make an unannounced appearance at his shop to get the project restarted.  In the end, my happiness with the finished product made the delay worthwhile.  However I may have only felt this way because it happened with an unoccupied house and did not inconvenience anyone by not having a usable kitchen.  I would not hesitate to hire Stewart again, but would definitely have a discussion up front about communication and delays.

I hired the owner, Stewart Jacobsen in February 2014 to reface my kitchen cabinets and a year later still have an incomplete kitchen. He will not return any of the multiple calls and emails we have sent. I now have a horrible two toned disaster of a kitchen. Do not hire this guy!!

I contracted and gave a deposit to Stewart Jacobsen in March 2014 .  It took 5 months for him to start the job ,and when he did started the job, he brought the wrong size doors for half the kitchen. He said he would be back in 2 weeks to finish.  Its now January 2015 and my kitchen is a mess and Stewart won't return my calls or emails !  Beware of this guy! Check him out for yourself  before , you give him money or your trust.
