I would like to say thank you to the outstanding team working at Pinnacle . From start to finish. Special thanks to Linda who held my hand, listened to me getting impatient, stressed and overwhelmed. It was always service with a smile. She followed up with issues involving my claim as she said she would. Had an issue with payout and I was not happy. Brad jumped in and helped to further resolve the issue with the Insurance Company. Pinnacle is about you getting your correct settlement. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. We initially started with Brad whom is very patient and attentive to every word and he extended our expectation. Miss Linda always so kind and respectful, she made sure we understood the process and always communicated every step.
