Wendy was literally a Saint for us! Im very OCD and pre plan everything. So two years ago when the market was insane and houses were going under contract within 24 hours of being on the market, we were just having the worst luck! Wendy stayed smooth and calm for us the entire time and helped us through the motions of everything and never got overwhelmed or gave us a hard time when we ran into issues. She made everything run smoothly for us so it was one less thing we ever had to worry about. Weve bought two houses with her team within the past 5 years and will always return in the future!
