        I had dinner at the Doral location. My server was quite busy. I waited approximately 45 minutes for my meal...And It came out cold. I was impressed with the way the situation was handled. Without mentioning it, the server informed the manager. The manager offered to remake my food and offered complimentary soup or salad, during my additional wait. The rest of my party thoroughly enjoy their meal. When the check came, to my surprise, the manager had comped my meal. I didn't ask, nor was I expecting this, however, I was pleased to receive this kind gesture. All in all, what started as a slow/rocky experience, was turned around by the thoughtful actions of the staff. I am a member of the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club, and plan to visit other locations. I can only hope the Customer Service is just as wonderful.
