        They've had my Santa Cruz for about 3 weeks I've called every day for the past 2 weeks and no one's been able to tell me anything on the status. I call and everyone who answers the phone says "Jorge is your service provider, he will have to call you with more details" but I get nothing. It's ridiculous.

        Ernesto Galvez has no respect for your time. I can see from the reviews many people agree with the atrocious service they provided. I was waiting 4 hours for a car battery to be replaced. It was never replaced and when they called me 2 hours waiting for my car they asked if they could replace two others things which I agree to fix as well. When I got a call that my car was finished they didnt replace the battery or the 2 things they recommended to replace. I waited extra time for no reason in the library next door. His excuse was he texted me 5 mins ago to approve but 10 mins before he called me with the car being doneyyy. This is horrible service and customer service and I sadly stuck with them because I have insurance on my battery. I recommend for you not go at all, go to any other Hyundai provider but the one here at Doral.
