      image Did NOT RECEIVE the attention my problem required, and I was told FLAT OUT to call their offices in the Carolinas. A definite lack of customer service at this branch. It has taken over 3 months since my problem started, and still no end in foreseeable sight.

      image One of the worst banks to have? Offers no benefits to be a customer you dont get paid early, overdraft fees , the branches have a long wait always ! I highly recommend chime with 24 hour support , paid 2 days earlier and no overdraft fees!!

      image The staff are friendly but I waited over an hour while one person was on staff assisting which made me late for a meeting.
